Thanks to Lacoste and Young for making my dreaded hall bathroom remodel a smooth and enjoyable experience. They worked with me on my vision, made positive suggestions when needed, and the result is just what I was hoping for. John, Jacob and Jesse, as well as all of the laborers were nice, timely, efficient, and always cleaned up before they left for the day.

Jacob and his team did an outstanding job remolding our kitchen and floors throughout the entire house and patio. I highly recommend Jacob, not only is he committed to his clients but easy to work with. His team of craftsman did an excellent job. We will absolutely use them for any future projects!

We had our very tiny guest bathroom remodeled with them about a month ago and the whole process was amazing from start to finish. Going into it I was overwhelmed by how to figure out what to pick. They walked us through every step of the way. I was also concerned because we have 2 inside dogs and a cat, but they communicated every night before they were going to come out to let us know so we knew to put the pets up. They were always on time for when they said they'd be there. And always cleaned up before they left. And the finished product is absolutely stunning! It exceeded my expectations. We will be using Lacoste & Young for any future projects we have!

We had our master bath completely remodeled, and 2 smaller bathrooms updated with new floor countertops and faucets. We are beyond thrilled with the results! Jesse and Jacob were patient with me and the many questions I had, and ALL the guys that worked here daily were so nice, so respectful and a pleasure to work with. They were always on time, and always cleaned up before they left. When it’s time to remodel our kitchen, this is who we will call-I HIGHLY recommend them!

Lacoste & Young’s work on my mid-century home’s primary bath remodel is an absolute dream! They made sure every detail was perfect throughout the process, creating the contemporary, chic oasis better than I could have ever imagined for the tiny amount of space they had to work with. From the first meeting and drawing out the plans, to ensuring that the unique Japanese Soaker tub that I wanted in addition to the custom shower (which other contractors told me wasn’t possible or would look bad) - they listened and took care of the details, quality and made sure I had the bathroom of my dreams. Any time something go off course one of the owners would make sure I stayed in the loop and aware of anything out of the ordinary. If you are considering a remodel and want an honest company that does incredible work - I can’t recommend them enough!

This was the second time we used Lacoste & Young and they delivered again. Jake, John and their crew provide excellent craftsmanship. This home repair was a complete surprise to us and caught us off guard. Jake and John were patience with us and the communication was open, consistent and professional. Jacob and his team helped us turn our small, non-functional kitchen, into a kitchen that is now the focal point of our home. They do great work and do what they say they're gonna do. The quality of their work is unmatched and I couldn't believe their attention to detail. For instance, they noticed the upper cabinets were off by 1/4 of an inch just by looking at them from a distance. They took them back down and adjusted them. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we would gladly recommend them to everyone.

We wanted our remodel to include updating both bathrooms, our kitchen, and replacing the bedroom carpet with vinyl flooring. Jacob and Jesse worked with us to choose the right options. Jacob was always happy to talk to me when I had questions. Everything they did has turned out beautifully.

L&Y helped us design and remodel two 1980s bathrooms. We have dealt with many different contractors and our experience with L&Y was by far the best! Jesse, the owners, and the crews were very easy to work with. Jesse was very patient as we worked through design options to ensure we landed on a design that met our needs, wants, and budget. He provided practical advice and feedback without trying to increase costs. The entire team was always on time (if not early), communicated regularly, responded to inquiries promptly, and worked diligently. The work was done well, and any issues or concerns were discussed and addressed promptly and transparently. Jesse visited every day work was being performed, and the owners personally performed walk throughs at each phase. The team was also flexible with our work schedules and were great with all 3 of our dogs. This was a huge bonus for us as it allowed us to be elsewhere while the crews worked at the house. It made the process much more bearable. Overall, we would highly recommend L&Y, and we intend to use them for any future construction needs.

I encourage you to contact Lacoste & Young when you are considering a remodel. I had my two bathrooms remodeled and I could not be more pleased with the finished product. Every tradesman who came to the house was polite, professional and considerate of my home and time. The tile work is exceptional. The plumbers, electrician and painter did wonderful work and always cleaned up and put equipment away at the end of each day. Give them a call for an estimate.
